The Goth Garden explores how gothic aesthetics, personal storytelling, and plant obsession can transform any space—from a backyard to a balcony—into a dark, romantic garden. Through dramatic plant showcases, design tips, audience polls, and a new interactive poison-garden section, the presentation shows that gardening can be moody, accessible, educational, and deeply personal.
The Ottawa Garden Club was created in 1961. The Ottawa Garden Club is comprised of about 130 enthusiastic members, including 20 diplomatic members, who share a love of gardens and gardening. Members gather each month for a lecture by knowledgeable garden, floral and design experts as well as for garden tours, special events and community outreach.
